We are an independent digital publication providing travel guides and ticket pricing comparisons. We can't access, modify or cancel your bookings, but we are happy to help with general itinerary planning. For any change to a reservation or a refund request, please contact the customer support team of the provider listed on your ticket voucher.
Availability: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (CET).
We can help with
- Corrections to anything published on this site
- General questions about how Paris hop-on hop-off passes, stops and timetables work
- Itinerary questions: which pass, where to start, how to plan a day
- Press and media enquiries
- Rights holders requesting a correction or removal
We can't help with
- Finding, changing, cancelling or refunding a booking. We are not the seller and have no access to any booking system. Your voucher names the provider who sold you the ticket.
- Lost tickets or confirmation emails. Same answer: the provider on your voucher.
- Bus or boat service on the day. The operator's app or service page is the live source.
